WIESD is an intergenerational education, skills development and start-up incubator- accelerator designed to foster women's entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, leadership and advancement, and small to medium enterprises (SME's). WIESD applies open innovation, design thinking and sustainability principles to support the creation of new businesses, the growth of existing businesses, and the expansion and scalability of women-owned and women-led companies, orgs and city/community enterprises in innovation ecosystems across the world.
